Why didnt Hashi seal Kurama

Why didnt Hashi Seal Kurama in himself why he put it in Mito Hashi could have easily tamed it with wood it wouldnt like him but his wood style would kept it calm

Yeah, and he can kill it. And beside's Mito was stronger (emotionally) than Hashi i think, she was so calm, and comtempt, and probably was the only one of the two with enough love in her heart to keep to beast at bay, because Hashi was continuously fighting, and he probably would have been tempted to use it's power.

Seeing as having the Kyuubi strains your chakra reserves (at least, that's what was said for Naruto) and the massive chakra reserves that he has are one of his biggest assets....it wasn't a good choice.

Also, Uzumaki live longer (and have more suited chakra) and Hashirama was traveling around handing out Bijuu which is dangerous (seeing as he got attacked by Kakuzu) so it was better to put it in Mito, who would live longer, so that they wouldn't have to change the jinchurriki earlier. And it would enforce the Konoha/Uzumaki alliance.

Minato is doing nothing special but manipulating chakra. He is only about to go into KCM because he is able to freely control the yin half because he lacks the tailed beast.
