but we know minato is one who also learned to used uzumaki clan techniques. and his mind from the start is developing and improving abilities just like naruto ,which is hd will surpass all hokages.

tobirama actually gave credit to minato but in serious jockey jealousy way.

and those who are saying tobirama has better reflxes than minato are totally forgetting about previous manga chapters,where there is a hell of proofs about minato's abilities.

I would like to say tobirama may win in 1v1 due to other jutsus but his reflexes and ftg is low level against minato...

we still don't know their both capabilities at full level.

I have to agree with most of your post. It just makes sense that Minato's FTG is better than Tobirama's. The whole theme of the series is that later generations will always improve on the previous generations.

This holds true for both of the techniques that we know Tobirama created (FTG and ET). Minato improved FTG, most likely by improving the seal with Uzumaki techniques. Kabuto also improved ET. This holds true for Minato's abilities, too. Naruto improved the Rasengan to make it more versatile in combat.

As for a battle between the Hokage, I don't really know who would win. Tobirama is definitely more ruthless and more battle-hardened than Minato, but I don't think we have seen Minato's (or any of the Hokage's) full arsenal thus far. Plus, Minato is probably the smartest of the Hokage.

Its more advanced, as Minato has kunai and shizz and made jutsu, but in speed they're equal. Instant=Instant U_U

And we cant really judge reaction speed, thats close to impossible to do U_U
