Yea but now since black people use it everyday not even as a insult but as a joke, it's not that bad of a word anymore infact it can be called cultural depending on how you look at it. One word shouldn't belong to a single race.

Words like that can and should only be used by certain groups or races. There are word like that. I disagree it will be offensive if anyone beside a black person says it to me.

I don't think you need permission to use the word. But honestly. It would be better if nobody used it. But in this case Tim Allen should be allowed to use it.

Depends on how you use it. Anyone can say it with an A at the end(Friends only) and usually people won't be offended, but you say it with an er at the end, people will be offended.

No one should use either of those words. It isn't socially acceptable for Black people to use cracker. People just don't talk about the use of that word at all. There is no environment of educated people in which you should/would hear a Black person using such a word to describe a White person. I am also Black btw. I've been in predominately White environments for large parts of my life and there has never been a situation where I've heard a Black person use cracker to describe Whites unless they were young or clearly ignorant. Same goes for the the other way around with White people using the N-word.

He's talking about using it for his comedy sections. Did you watch the video? This goes out to everyone don't comment unless you watch the video. He said it himself when he got up on stage people were saying "Ayyee my n*gga is up there" Tim Allen isn't even black why would they call hi, n*gga cause it's not an insult it's just a term you say to people. It's sorta like calling someone bro. If the situation was vice versa everyone would've raised hell

Okay guys look at it this way. If white people shouldn't be allowed to use it then no one should. Including black people. But if black people use it in the terms of friendship,etc, then why shouldn't a white person? If they have no racist intent then there's no problem. A word can't belong to one race only that is beyond ignorance. You don't want other people using it but you use it yourself all the time? No.
