I would have to say that the Lava Style ninjutsu is highly underrated.

Lava style sounds cool and everything but it really hasnt done all that much to make it very impressive. Seems easy enough to dodge for most top-tier characters

All fire style techniques. This should be one of the most destructive elements but no one ever gets burned by fire. Ninjas are literally in the middle of giant ball of fire and come out unharmed completely. This should not be possible. The same goes for the black flames.
