The Hokage should be someone who doesnt need some extra source of power.

Ex: Sharingan, Sage Mode, Tailed Beast, etc.

Lets be honest. If Naruto didnt have Kurama and Sasuke didnt have the Sharingan this show would have been over during the chunin exams.

First Hokage was a Sage too like Naruto. the hole series is about inner and outer power and how to control it. So if you did not accept it from chapter 1 you should have gone to a noter Manga.

If naruto didnt have kurama the entire story of naruto might be rewritten.

For instance, WHY would naruto not have kurama. Would it be because kushina sealed it in her and died, makeing it respawn, would it be because obito never survived to release it from kushina? Would minato have survived?

At the very least naruto wouldnt have been despised, and treated like dirt, and would have signifigantly larger chakra reserves, and improved chakra control without haveing to maintain a seal.



Have you ever heard of the butterfly effect? It basically goes like this. A butter fly flapping its wings, will over a long period of time affect the wind , and ultimately cause a hurricane.

It works on the principle that small things can affect the world in huge ways over time.

In the case of large things, things are changed even further.

So if naruto never had kurama, then he very well may never have gotten in those situations, and many things couldve been changed.(such as sasuke never getting sharingan, because his family was never killed)




With or without the fox, naruto still has the ability to raise moral, change peoples hearts, and never give up. He also has sage mode, and rasenshuriken , and a few other techniques.(as well as large chakra reserves)

All of that is MUCH MUCH MUCH more than what konohamaru has. Konohamaru has even less battle ability than naruto, even his rasengan is smaller, and REQUIRES a clone to maintain it, rather than narutos who only needs a clone to form it.

Konohamaru has little effect on villagers, and has nothing to even suggest he would be more qualified.
