Uzumaki Misconceptions

Some members say that Uzumaki clan has both Life force and Spiritual Energy, but nowhere in the manga this was stated. Uzumaki clan was distant relatives of Senju clan who also posess strong life force and physical energy. Nowhere in the Manga was it stated that they are also a close relatives to the Uchiha, the inheritors of the eyes and spiritual energy.

Uzumaki's was known for longevity, and Kushina's feat of surviving Bijuu extraction which I posted above is proof of strong body. All beings in Narutoverse that can utilize chakra has both Yin-Yang chakra.
