What the heck.....Minato's been going on and on about this rasen thing for the last 3 chapters......each time he's like I'll have to use my rasen whatever jutsu.....but he still hasn't used it! Obviously it's some kickass juts, but could he please just use it? If not, please stop saying it every freaking chapter! Wonder when we'll actually get to see this tongue-twister wonder jutsu.....

I'm gonna' assume these are a bunch of Rasengan's, and the jutsu he's been talking about. A bunch of Rasengan's hitting the opponent from all directions (I think that's something that was talked about).

Also notice that Tobirama is no longer behind Obito, which means he probably swapped places with Minato, just like Minato did w/ Sasuke & Naruto. Meaning Obito's most likely going to get hit with Minato's jutsu at the start of the next chapter.

No because Minato switched places...Tobirama had marked Obito..switching places then creating an opening

I think those circles are Obito's. When they swapped the circles that were surrounding him didn't come along. It's just my opinion, i may be wrong.

I take that back. Minato warped Sasuke & Naruto to Obito (they didn't "switch" places). Tobirama is now no longer behind Obito, which means Minato is about to follow up with his jutsu. Minato is now going to teleport to Obito (he marked him) and hit him (hopefully) with his ridiculously named technique.

But, yes. Minato did swap places with obito and tobirama. That is why Minato is in the center of Obito's bijuu bombs... The bombs were not teleported.
