Minato could summon Gama who could pretty much hold Nagatos summons of plus the fact that Minato wouldn't just let Nagato stand there and summon. Fly ?. Minato would not let Nagato use Chibaku Tensei, he would come at him, so Nagato would be forced to stop. But if we assume that Nagato actually can get Chibaku Tensei released than what would stop Minato from teleporting it to another place. FTG is simply to fast

It's not a vs battle.

Nagato is an all around stronger shinobi.
