****This entire thread contains 641 spoilers
First of all, I'd like to make a note that sasuke's amaterasu no longer needs to 'eye bleed'. Therefore, that means it's confirmed that his EMS gives no strain on his eye. But, moving on to the main point.
There is a new confirmed jutsu that pushes both tobirama and minato up to unbelieveable levels. The hirashin mawashi which enables the S/T user to swap their clone with the opponent can become a very powerful battle determining move. We need to understand the power of this jutsu and it's OPness. To start off, this isn't some sort of team jutsu, and infact can be used by the ST user himself through the use of
Now, there is one last thing I would like to point out with this jutsu, something i don't want to be overlooked, and something that would allow this to work on even a susano'o user. Infact, minato could probably make sasuke amaterasu himself, or make itachi totsuka himself, etc. In any case, look at
It could go like this. Let's say minato were to fight kisame, and kisame were already marked. If kisame were to fire off a GSB, all minato had to do was create a clone and ftg it over to kisame. Upon impact/before impact, minato could swap kisame infront of GSB so that he'd take the brunt of his own attack.
Another example would be muu/oonoki. If they were to fire off a jinton while marked, minato could easily swapped them over as the target of their jutsu thereby killing them.
Along with the long awaited rasensenko that we still haven't seen, S/T barrier to redirect your jutsu anywhere minato pleases, FTG to teleport to you at any moment and Mawashi to swap you over as the target of your own jutsu, minato possesses an Arsenal that anyone without intel would surely die to. It is becoming clearer and clearer why minato had flee on sight order. Anyone could be killed by their own jutsu.
Let me use another example for you. Remember that Ay + bee fight? Now, let's assume minato had intent to kill. at the point in which he marked bee and they almost double suicided, minato could have simply FTG'd away to another kunai and create a shadow clone. Now, when Ay were to use lightning straight, minato would simply swap himself with killerbee, effectively making Ay kill/badly injure his own partner. In a situation like that where you don't expect it, there's no time to react. Not even the uber quick obito barely had time to react (but, clearly he's getting that amaterasu off of him).
In short, Minato's living up to his flee on sight orders, seeing as his jutsu's could make his opponents solo themself, their friends, or their entire village (an FTG kunai planted in their village to S/T barrier a strong jutsu to). Oh, and of course i'm not forgetting tobirama, he's showing some wicked potential also.

And, to make it worse, the jutsu works that, even if the S/T user is already taking the attack's damage, once they swap over, they're left in a position like the target (no damage being taken) while their target is put in their shoes. Notice how minato started to cringe upon impact, but no longer was

. Did you notice it? In the top right panel, Minato is now sitting in obito's black orbs. This jutsu only swaps a person and no latent chakra/jutsu around them. What does this means? Minato could pretty much swap out someone like sasuke into the path of his own jutsu, and then sit inside his susano'o. Sure, he can't use the susano'o, but he'd have some momentary defence through the use of his opponent's jutsu. It could go like this.
