I dunno i just thought it was interesting, it shows him saying something in an earlier panel (again he has the orbs) hes saying some kind of technique and seems like he has control of them almost

I don't think he will able to use them. They're condensed out of the Juubi's chakra meaning probably only Obito is able to manipulate them.

Tobirama took Obito to where Miato was hit by Naruto and Sasuke, and Mianto went to where Tobirama was with Obito. Apparently the floating TBBs are not attached to Obito, thus they were not teleported with him.

he's not using them. Minato took the hit so that Tobirama could teleport Obito to Minato's spot, leaving his orbs behind. at the same time, Minato teleported to where Obito and Tobirama where at, so he's at the same place where the orbs are. The timing required to pull that off is really amazing when you think about it, they'd have to teleport at exactly the same instant. anyhow, minato will probably need to teleport before those bombs explode around him, unless he can somehow harness them to attack obito. also, it's about time he gets to use his technique becuase he's been mentioning it for three chapters now and all the suspense is lost tbh.
