He acknowledge that there is no time, so right now he's not just playing around and fight Hashi to get revenge on him. He also said "But with things like this there's something I need to do" -> with "things" being Obito's OP powerup, and "something I need to do" being something related to Hashi of some sort. So his trump's card is something to do with Hashi. Maybe this?
