So I was thinking about this then it hit me, Madara's trump card could possibly be an unique MS tech. Think about it, from all the Uchiha who unlocked MS, each of them has shown unique ability.
-Sasuke and Itachi has:
Obito has Kamui:
Shisui has Kotoamatsukami:
Only Madara and Izuna haven't shown theirs yet, but it should be the same since they're relatives, like how Itachi and Sasuke share the same unique techs.
And to you people who say Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu are not unique techs because they're required to use Susanoo, you're wrong. You only need 2 MS to activate Susanoo.
^To the people saying Sasuke said "the third power" means that you must have Amaterasu and tsukuyomi to unlock Susanoo, i believe you're incorrect. Focus on the first bubble, he said "only those who control the double mangekyo can use this power" <--- That means you only need 2 MS to get Susanoo.
And for the third power part, there are 2 scenarios:
1. He was just introducing HIS power, saying that's he's about to show his third power's power (the other 2 being Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi).
2. At that point we don't even know if he even had Tsukuyomi yet, which further support my point. He only acquired Tsukuyomi after implanting Itachi's eyes but before that? I doubt it. His knowledge is also limited, the only MS user he faced was Itachi and maybe thought every MS is the same? So maybe he thought he had that ability but really not, unlocking MS doesn't instantly give you info about it's techs. Proof from Obtio surprised by Kamui which he doesn't have all the info on:
