Madara's power in corelation to Juubito

Since his introduction, Madara raised the powerlevel bar very high, and as we know, Madara could have replicated the same feat that Juubito has done to Minato (but that doesnt really matter since Itachi could have probably done the same), which means that Madara has a power comparable to Juubi Jinchuriki. I think their battle might look something like Sage vs Juubito (Madara representing the Sage (no beast inside) and Juubito the Juubi).

He is strong but not as strong as juubito.

Juubito is the closest power to the sage but still sage >(smashes)> juubito.

So, he can create everything.
Does he have the mental capacity for doing so? Why would he need to invent Amaterasu or Kotoamatsukami? Everyone thought as of a god about him. He probably also didnt have the imagination for doing so.
Maybe you will try to convince me that he also made rasengan? He created ninjutsu after all. :facepalm

Its the same as saying that Minato can kill Itachi just because he is faster, which we know its false because Itachi far outclasses him in everything else.

The main point of concern here is that he very well could have learned those techniques after becoming the Jinchuriki. He might have not created 'all of ninjutsu' until he took in the beast.
