Madara has always been more powerful than Obito and could always have beaten him. All he'd need to do is spam Mokuton Great Forest Technique (sending branch after branch through Obito) and Obitos Kamui would be countered as he would be unable to sustain it. Obviously things have changed since Obito has become a Jinchuriki.

Had Madara become the Juubis Jinchuriki he would have been more or less unstoppable. As powerful as Juubito now is... I still feel there will be a way to defeat him, which would have been a different case had it been Madara.

If that's the case it could be pretty close, but I still think Madara takes it, especially considering that he must have senju DNA to have rinnegan. If that's not the case Madara easily takes it. He's simply on a whole other level than Obito if we're not counting bijuus.

Sure Obito has kamui which is an incredibly strong defense. But if you combine Perfect Susanoo, Ninjutsu arbsorbtion and Hashiramas Wood Style, it surpassed Kamui by far as a defense.

And unlike Rinnegan Obito, Madara actually has offense that can match his defense: Double Meteor no Jutsu, Yasaka Magatama, once again Wood Style and on top of that he's probably the best Fire Style user in the series.

Outside of Kakashi's other Kamui eye, this is the only technique that can disable Obito's kamui. And a similar situation will never happen again.
