Personality
Iori is a very serious, rude and direct-to-the-point character. In various drama CDs, Iori is frequently tormented by an Orochi identity that resides within him, which mocks and belittles him as its master. Iori answers it with irritated responses until it angers him, causing him to physically react in a usually violent manner. In his KOF XII profile, he seems to have trouble knowing which identity is actually his and suffers from a slight identity crisis. It's due to this personal trait that he doesn't like to associate with others and he lives a lonely existence. However, he still retains pride for his name and won't let himself die under any circumstances.

Background Info
Village History
Iori was born in Kirigakure No Sato, he lived in the village for majority of his childhood though nothing is known of him and what he was like back then, he then moved to Konohagakure No Sato on search to find him true self as he never respected his village of birth and always wanted to relocate to a more loving village, despite his cruelty and killing intent, Iori still craves love and respect like every other normal person should, he lived in the village hidden in the leaves for quite a while and began to make a couple of friends, though it still seemed as if something just wasn't right over, something which couldn't just be spoken of in public, it is best kept in secret, Iori then made his finally move and decided to relocate to Kumogakure No Sato, though the village is hated on by many, Iori found what he was looking for in this village, everyone seemed legit and friendly, the love for each other in Kumogakure is great, that is what makes these villagers always rise above the rest, due to their brotherly love and respect for each other, therefore he (Iori) decided to stay in Kumogakure, hopefully until his life comes to an end....
Road to Ninja
Raiton: The lightning release element was the first element Iori started learning, he began the training with Tybone, a great teacher who truly helped Iori understand the lightning element, but due to some unfortunate events, Tybone retired and Iori searched for a new lightning teacher, he then came across another great teacher, who goes by the name of Nathan and he was the one to help Iori master the lightning element.
Fuuton: Iori started off the wind element with the great Wind senpai himself, up until today Wind is still a great Wind user and he truly taught Iori wonderful ways to use the wind element, though his wind training was stopped for some reason and Iori was forced to get the great Nathan senpai back again to help him complete his and master the wind element.
Katon: Iori learned this great element from none other than Ushiro senpai, Ushiro is truly a dedicated teacher and he solely taught Iori all of the fire techniques and helped him master everyone of them.
Suiton: Iori learned water release from so many teachers, rumour has it that he doesn't even remember who all taught him anymore, all he knows is that Shinta taught him for a while and then Ushiro helped him master the element.
Doton: Iori learned this element from the great Better Senpai, he made Iori understand the earth element to its fullest extent and truly helped Iori become a great master of this element.
Genjutsu: Iori learned a great amount of illusionary techniques from the great Adachi Sensei, Adachi made sure that Iori understood how to create illusions and dispel them, resulting in Iori becoming a good Genjutsu user.
Kenjutsu: Iori mastered the way of the sword with someone he truly looks up to today even, and this person goes by the name of Selendrile, Selendrile put Iori under harsh training until he became a great kenjutsu user.
Snakes: Iori signed the snakes contract and learned all snake techniques with Azazel, Azazel taught him everything there is to know about snakes and Iori made great friends with all the snake summons.

Water Affinity
Due to Iori being a master of the water release element, he is able to perform all water techniques with only having to perform a single hand seal.
