History: -Marco was born into a rich family that tended to spoil him and flood him with attention.. His father was the leader of the lightning country itself but he was also a low ranked shinobi, his mother on the other hand was a top class member of Kumo's anbu and was considered to be a genius in the eyes of all of her peers. By the time Marco was 5 he had already figured out he had inherited his mothers smarts and ability to quickly pick up on skills. Being one of the most skilled young non-shinobi around he began acting out and believing himself to be above most people around him including his parents. This lead to him becoming emotionally distant from both his mom and dad and soon began a small series of killings. His mother soon figured out that her young son was responsible for these killings and also noticed his lack of nobility and his superior outlook on the world. With those things noticed she felt she should take him to an old friend of hers that had become the Raikage so he could introduce Marco to the shinobi system. She thought that sending the 5 year old, narcissistic Marco to Kumogakure, her old village, would help his problems.
While being a young shinobi in kumogakure, Marco visited several places such as Amegakure, Konohagakure, and Sunagakure. While visiting Amegakure he picked up on the secrets of Rain release, though he hasn't really learned how to use the ability. When he was 10 he was hand picked by Akuma Nekura to join the Nekura clan, where he would spend a good portion of his teenage years. When he turned 17 he went back to kumo to continue his path of becoming its leader. >.> >.<

Marco is immune to most Genjutsu and fighting styles such as the Gentle fist due to the Keigoku rejecting foreign chakra from his body. He is in the process of learning the Nekura clan's jutsu and knowledge to further his power and control over the Keigoku. As it stands, he is of Paladin rank within the infamous clan.
Since living in the cloud village and being trained by Lightning masters, Marco has found that his affinity for lightning came quite easily. He's able to perform lightning techniques with a single hand seal and he recognizes most lightning jutsu from hand signs alone due to intricate research on the element and its jutsu.
He's also quite adept with earth, being able to perform earth jutsu twice as fast as shinobi of his rank..
Since the moment Marco did a fire jutsu as a genin, his flames had been a blue color, though the color of his fire jutsu doesn't augment their strength at all.

-He always wears a White hooded Nekura cloak over his outfit that is fashioned like the akatsuki robes but is sleeveless. On the upper back of the robe is a Green colored mark of the juubi, signifying his rank in the clan..
