The fact of the matter is this. Kisame can still fight against Trollkage and not be destroyed. And yes, it would be a terribly hard fight. But, he DOES have ways of dealing with Joki Boy, Great Shark Bomb. Genjutsu is a tricky one, but he could use a Dai Bakusui Shōha to at least wash the clam away, or use it as a gate-way jutsu to perform a thousand feeding sharks to try and search out for the clam. Or really, he could use any high level suiton to cool down Joki boy too.

The Hozuki clan IS murder against suiton users because of their ability to merge with water; If I'm not mistaken Suigetsu has shown that ability against Killer Bee. But, he will more then likely be hiding once Joki Boy emerges and it's probably going to come out at some point in the battle.

If there's intel, Kisame has a decent shot at winning this. I'll admit that without intel he would probably lose.

I suppose, he could do such a thing, if he is allowed to merge with Samehada and enters into the now signficantly larger TrollKage

I'm going to stay out of this one but i think kisame should be the winner. WD could keep JB cool and samehade should be able to trace the clam so it can be destroyed. For that matter, a large scale water shark bomb should take out the clam and possibly even mizukage even through the mirage.
