Okay, I initially started out watching Naruto dubbed, but as I went on I decided to switch onto subbed when I reached the most recent dubbed episode.
(Switched to manga once I reached the most recent subbed one. :O)
My personal opinion on both of them:
+I always found the voices to have more variety in the dubbed versions. I believe the only one I found more suited for subbed was Zetsu's voice.+
+Since I don't know Japanese(I'm sure I'm not the only one!) I don't have to look down at the words every 4 seconds. Great for getting the full view of the show without missing any visual details.+
Cons:
-In my opinion you don't get the full, original experience.(manga provides more originality from the creator however)
-Do the characters seem more judgmental in English? Maybe I'm just subliminally thinking so since I can hear and understand the words getting across.
-Uploaded slower!
+More originality than dubbed.
+The characters just seem more playful and nice to be around.
+Uploaded faster!
