I used to be the Second Coming of Christ until I set foot into a 'Liberal Event.' The resulting impact to my IQ rendered me incapable of fulfilling the duties of that position, and the process for developing a replacement has been queued once again.

They're good at calling up 'facts' to the depth of a headline that gets repeated to the point where it becomes fact based on dogmatic principle, but they're horrible at analyzing the data and running down missing vectors.

Basically - they're good at talking. They should not, ever, be considered to understand anything.

Perhaps by living vicariously through one of my children...

Politicians, generally, only care about themselves. It's rare to find one that genuinely wants to serve the functional purpose of their office. Most of them will try to bend the powers of their office to suit their own personal goals and agendas.

The swing states are a means to an end.
