All 6POP are out to start the battle, there aren't three hiding somewhere like there was against Jiraiya.

Pain stomps. AoE moves like CST would crush the clam and end the Genjutsu. Bansho Tennin+Soul Rip or Asura chakra missiles end the Mizukage.

Being a sensor cannot help against his Genjutsu, only Physical sensor like jutsu's can sense the clam. I.e. sensor sand, water everywhere, dust storm etc etc
