So i just figured this out.I think it's an awesome discovery.

There he got name Kabuto,but do you know why Kabuto?Well i do.

Kabuto (兜, 冑) is a type of helmet first used by ancient Japanese warriors.

And Naruto is made by Japanese.

But why is he named after a helmet?What's up with you ,you crazy?

That guy has putted some sort of helm on his head

He had a helmet on his head at that time and that woman was not so much creative so she gave him a name of an Ancient Helm armor of Japanese Warriors.
