Nope,bunta himself acknwledged the fact that he would be raped if shukaku got to full power,and that body was a mini clone of the shukaku made by gaara,and the fact that shukaku did not use any sand based powers shows just how weakened it was. In part 2,the kazekage compared the sand attack of current gaara to when gaara lost control and turned into shukaku when gaara was 6 years old.
Bunta nearly broke his body just trying to cut a mini shukaku form,hachibi has had his body cut by kunais,shurikens etc..Kurama is the strongest bijuu,shukaku with his sand wind near unbreakable body beats nearly every other bijuu.

First the Earth-style wall is obviously made of rock, despite the name and the fact that you think it could be beaten by water if it wasn't because of thes Earth > Water thing is just too damn stupid. Sure Gold weights a lot, but rock is a whole lot harder so i'd definetly wouldn't break the wall immediately and Hiruzen was pretty fast even in his old age. He could definetly dodge that wave whether you believe it or not.

And secondly, the most retarded thing you said: THE HOKAGES WHERE AT 10 %!?!? Cmon... I mean really 10 %

Cause if you do you're not only drunk, but you've probably also taken some drugs. Yes Hashirama is incredibly strong and yes a lot stronger than that. But at 10 %?? No way. At 10 % he'd be like Yamato.

Yes Hashirama didn't have his wooddragon, but that's one of his strongest jutsus for gods sake! He'd need at the very least 50 % to do that, most likely 70 %. My honest guess is that those kages where at about 30 to 40 % strength, cause to be honest they were still pulling off jutsus that'd be considered mid-high kage level. And at 10 % there's no way they could do that, not even Hashirama.

About Gamabunta I just read his fight with Shukaku through again to be sure and yes when Gaara falls a sleep it does take some time for the Shukaku to reach full power. But it's still in full jinchuriki transformation and very close to Shukakus full power.

And no, Gamabunta didn't say a single word about it's full power being way too much for him to hande. Sure Gamabunta can't beat full power Shukaku, but from all we know it's not that much stronger than him. Besides, was it said anywhere that the 4th kazekage beat a full power Shukaku? In theory he could have done the same as Naruto and simply woken the beast up.

So conclusion = Beating a rampaging Gaara is not that big a deal.

Shukaku didnt use any sand techs,didnt use a tbb,was using the body of a mini clone,it wasnt close to full power,bunta would get raped by any bijuu at full power.
