That's why you use text clues. Sasuke told him to stop worrying, meaning Naruto was talking in a frantic voice. Frantic + Naruto's highish voice=Annoying.
That was just payback for the Susanoo save that went down last chapter, Seriously this saving shit goes back since Part 1, Who cares? at the end of the day they both owe their lifes to the homie that saves them next chapter

Do you even know if there is a concept of owing your life to another in this world? The only character that does that is Juugo, but to have a pattern, you have to have at least three points. It seems very few people hold to tenet that if someone saves, you owe them your life. Sasuke and Naruto repeatedly saved each other's life in Part 1, there was no "I owe you." Saving the life a comrade is just something comrades do.
Also, why do you demand Sasuke owe his life to Naruto but refuse to recognize that by your own logic Naruto would owe his life to Sasuke a couple times in Part 1 and the one of the recent chapters?
Yes, Sasuke is arrogant but that's how Sasuke copes. Sasuke believes he is inferior to others (like Itachi and Naruto) but refuses to acknowledge that via acting superior in hopes that he can convince himself that he is superior. Sasuke has had this character flaw in some of this earliest flashbacks.
