1. Jiraiya....tragic.

2. Kisame....thought to myself HOLY SHIT KISAME!


3. Asuma's death...first actualky significant death I think...Chiyo was before him, but she was less known.


4. Kushina and Minato...would be 3...but the fact both of them didn't HAVE to die was kind of annoying.


5. Nagato...his entire goal in life ended up being a failure because it became a diluted dream. Then he died atoning for his sins...saves a lot of people. Even worse was Madara would later humiliate hos very existence as a character.


6. Kakashi...the fact it didn't happen and was basically pointless moves it down.


7. Chiyo...died saving Gaara was sad.


8. Itachi....his wasn't sad until you find out the truth which took a little while. His Edo release was sadder.

If I had to list the deaths of people then:

1. Jiraiya
2. Itachi (Edo Tensei) U_U
3. Minato and Kushina U_U
4. Kisame (Just cuz Itachi was mentioned Just kidding xd)
5. Nagato

Tbh the rest I couldn't care less U_U

Jiraiya's death, followed by Asuma, none of the others can compare, Obito's used to be really emotional, not so much now that we know he lived.

I honestly think though that the most emotional thing to ever happen in naruto was Gai's speech to Lee about the surgery, I almost cried when he said he'd die with him if things go bad, it was one of my favorite anime moments of all time.

True that Gai's speech was indeed kind of sad. It reminds me i was horrified by the fact we won't see Lee as a ninja again when he was that awesome in part1 :hyper:

I found obito to be the saddest and then itachi after tobi's explanation.

Obito was a nice little kid and i liked him right away.


Dont know why jiraya takes the poll, he died like a man, no tears to be shed.

True that Gai's speech was indeed kind of sad. It reminds me i was horrified by the fact we won't see Lee as a ninja again when he was that awesome in part1 :hyper:

I never ever cried at any of the funerals I've ever been to in my life, but gai's speech to crippled Lee was too much, I honestly think that scene was a masterpiece, and I came within a micrometer of shedding a tear. The fact that part 1 was done so well is honestly the main reason I watch and read Naruto to this day, it's definitely lost it's luster compared to the olden days, that's for sure.
