Madara never gave anybody his eyes ( theory )

It was stated madara gave Nagato his eyes as a baby so Nagato could revive him but we see madara later having only one eye, his left. I think madara giving Nagato " his eyes " was implied that madara injected uchiha DNA into the baby nagato, who is uzumaki and of senju lineage, meaning he already has the body to be the vessel of the rinnegan and use it properly.

The uchiha DNA would cause his brain to work like the uchiha's do and gain power through emotion. Which is why he was able to unlock rinnegan under distress and grief that his parents died an he was about to be killed. His eyes changed automatically to the rinnegan because of his uzumaki/senju blood.

Madara is missing his right eye because he used izanagi to survive the vote fight with hashirama and he unlocked his rinnegan in his left. The reasoning is because madara would've had to have had the rinnegan to summon and control the gedo mazo not just once but continually so it would provide him life. Think about it. Nagato could summon it but only Nagato could control it because only he had rinnegan. Obito Couldn't control it until he had rinnegan. So if madara had no rinnegan because he gave it to Nagato then he'd be blind and dead because he couldn't control the gedo mazo to give him life and chakra even if he summoned it before.

Hopefully this answers how Nagato got the rinnegan and how madara " gave him his eye " without dying and why he's missing his right eye.

I thought about that for a while and concluded that the uzumaki blood would've transformed/upgraded the eye into the rinnegan by the time he unlocked the eye's powers when he was about to be killed. Same with madaras eye transforming except madara already had the Sharingan.

I'm probably wrong which is why this is a theory but I'm not ignoring the manga facts. Remember this is Obito talking who has a history of deciet and lying. Just because its stated by character in the manga doesn't make it fact. He may not be lying or decieving anybody which would make you correct I'm just stating a possibility that Nagato has madara's " real eyes " which are just merely the rinnegan since madara unlocked them and they're the pinacle of his eye power. Which he gave to Nagato by transplanting his uchiha dna thus giving him his eyes.

Madara gave Nagato His eye its ben reveal in Manga accept thats Manga fact Uzumaki don't need Uchiha nor Senju DNA, when you combine Senju and Uchiha DNA together you get Uzumaki DNA.

that wasnt obito talking it was a white zetsu telling him what was up with nagato. and the uchiha dna nagato got was the rinnegan that evolved from the sharingan. that was the dna. like kakashi has uchiha dna = sharingan
