In terms of power yes. In terms of intelligence Itachi's got him beat. In a fight? Their both Hax so i don't know. Itachi has those Hax Yata Mirror & Totsuka blade while Naruto has Hax techniques and their ridiculously powerful.

What if naruto just keeps running away without looking at itachi since it was shown in this weeks chapter that he knew where minato was withought looking. Itachi will eventually get tired. Databook states Itachi has a 2.5 in stamina.

Yes but Itachi doesn't have EMS or good chakra reserves so he can only hold Susanoo up for a short period of time.

He can't spam MS because he will go blind, he was only able to do so when he fought Sasuke because he intended to die anyway, and against Kabuto because he was already dead.

Totsuka is a oneshot move. My point has been that if Naruto can succesfully dodge it he can win as Itachi's chakra reserve pales in comparison to Naruto's. Nothing will go past the Yata mirror but if Naruto can keep dodging until Itachi runs out of chakra he wins. Amaterasu might work on Itachi's favor though.

If this is Handicapped Itachi then Naruto wins
If this is Prime Itachi then it really depends but mostly on Naruto's favor


Overall i think Naruto is higher in the tier list then Itachi.
