I say Pain takes this. All Raikage has to rely on is speed. The 6 Paths all share the same vision so they would be able to see Raikage.

It's not instant. Pain has to lift his hand up which is typically slower than Ay's blitz. Either way he can dodge it and attack in the 5 second gap.

Pain is -NOT- winning this without CT.

and the time it takes for him to get up will negate the 5 sec rule, as preta would already be on him anyways absorbing his armor

The Six Paths. The Raikage would get his chakra robbed by Preta Path, just as Bee did.

In V2 his reflexes are on par with Minato, if he uses his body flicker he can easily escape ST in time then blitz him during the 5 sec gap.

Its hard to blitz when preta would be in front of Deva, as in absorbing his armor, U_U and no he's not "speeding" out of the force of repulsion it , is instant !

All Preta must do is keep his hands up as if he tried to strike, the armor would be absorbed at the touch, Also pains connected sight comes into play here,enhancing their reflexes 6 fold

How is Preta Path going to react to Ay's speed in V2 + his body flicker without the sharingan or any speed feat?

The same way Nagato did to V2 Bee, who blitzed MS Sasuke on more than one occasion.

Liger bomb should kill Preta Path pretty easily.

It still requires the lightning armor, without it will not be as strong, also theirs naruka path who he has no info about

If sasuke was able to react to a body chop from the back, then preta can due to connected vision

I'm sure he could take out Naraka Path first if he gets around them, he isn't protected by anyone, lightening straight will take him out will ease.

but he would be directly near Deva, who can then use ST to push him away before he does.. im sorry man raikage does not win this

As said before, shared vision. Preta Path would be able to anticipate what the Raikage is doing due to that and react accordingly, stripping him of his chakra.

Pain mid diff, high diff at most .......even if his speed is way faster then pain in V2 state, not to mention he has six fields of vision and is calc'd at being hypersonic, reaction speed and timing might vary....while raikage is hypersonic+ (over Mach 10) that's very fast actually .....if he can fly high enough and use chibaku tensei (or maybe high scale level ST) he can presumably win ..

He has to take out hell realm, since even if he kills them he'd be continuously reviving them, and if he doesn't have any knowledge on pain, it's going to be a lot harder for Ay

Pain wins. When he tries to kill a path (or does), Deva-Path will use Bansho Tenin on him. Despite being fast (or even faster than A), KCM Naruto felt also for it. He could pull him in Preta-Path's direction to absorb his lightning armor and, while A is probably still immobile due to Bansho Tenin, send the other paths out to stab him with chakra receivers similarly to when he stabbed Jiraiya, but also to let the Rinnegan's powerful chakra flow through his body. This is just an example of in what a direction the fight could go. If A isn't at his maximum speed from the beginning, he falls even easier for Deva-Path's powers. Animal-Path could also annoy him with the likes of the Cerberus, the chameleon (to protect the summoner) and the bird.

A cripple Nagato was actually trolling KCM naruto, who clearly dodged raikages speed blitz and is considered to be Hypersonic+, and was outrunning and evading six tails naruto's attacks, and cripple Nagato blitzed B....his speed is being heavily underrated ... He's presumably faster with deva path since he has complete control over his footing

I agree with this, but he has to take of his L.A to actually pierce with his chakra disruption blades

His chakra receivers aren't piercing his lightening armour. Animal Path will be taken out right off the bat, she's too slow to react to his speed blitz and shared vision won't change much, there's no way she's surviving a lightening straight in V2. Ay can simply ignore the summons and go straight for the kill.

There are six paths, who is blitzed first? When the fight begins, Animal Path summons both the Cerberus and chameleon and hides herself in latter. The paths formation will protect weaker paths by stronger. The armor, as I said, can be absorbed by Preta Path after A was immobilized by Bansho Tenin, which didn't allow KCM Naruto to go out of trajectory, too. Despite A has Bijuu level Chakra, the lightning armor contains only a fraction of it like the V2 Bijuu chakra cloak used by the Jinchuriki does, and was largely absorbed even by a swing of Samehada. After A falls for Bansho Tenin, Pain created many openings for an advantaged act. Prata-Path is not the only path to become dangerous for A. Asura Path on the other hand proved enough destructive capacities to assume he could inflict damage even with A's lightning armor activated [
