Something that has been irritating me ever since the Perfect Susano'o made it's appearance in the manga, is everyone thinking that the un-stabilized version of Madara's Susano'o is not a perfect form, and that Sasuke and Itachi do not have the PS yet.
It CLEARLY says, right there, that IS a Perfect Susano'o. It is the final form of Madara's Susano'o, the furthest he can advance with the EMS.
This is the STABILIZED version of the PS, they are BOTH PS. The only reason why Madara was able to advance further is because of his godlike chakra control.
The misconception with Sasuke and Itachi's Susano'o is simply that; because they are not giant like Madara's, they are not PS. Wrong. Madara is a god, his power was only matched by one person in the Narutoverse for a century and a meer battle between him and Hashirama created an entire valley. Sasuke and Itachi can not come close to this power, their Susano'o is simply a lot weaker then Madara's.
Sasuke's next upgrade, and the thing that is going to put him on par with Naruto ( The difference in their power is embarrassing right now ) is stabilizing his Susano'o, revealing it's true form. It's not going to become giant, my suspicion is that it's going to become a flying warrior, hence the beaked cloak and his connection to hawks, and the fact that Susano'o forms are based off Tengu gods, I remember one of them being a winged warrior.
So to end this, the upgrades of Susano'o are as follows:
Part Susano'o ( Limbs, etc. ) > Incomplete Susano'o > Perfect Susano'o > Stabilized Perfect Susano'o.
I also apologize for believing Rinnegan is required to stabilize it ( I made a thread yesterday.. ), I found that Madara had used the stabilized PS to cover Kurama during his battle with Hashirama, but he had never used it on himself. Quite odd considering the stakes he was fighting for.
