If Obito (10 Tails Jin) got peirced in the heart by Lightning Blade would he die?

When we saw Sasuke impale Naruto with a Chidori at VoTE, although it wasn't through the heart or a vital organ, Naruto was able to regenerate it fairly quickly. As a Jinchuriki, I'd expect Obito is capable of regenerating dire wounds as well.

It's a tricky subject as to whether a Jin is more vulnerable to death than a free-roaming Bijuu, but considering how powerful the Jubi is, I doubt it would let its host die that easily.

That first hole was fake, just an illusion for Kakashi to believe Obito's words. The second hole was real, as Kakashi had aimed for a vital area while Obito stabbed Kakashi in a non-vital area. Obito was probably dying from that wound as Madara sensed that Obito was of "no longer use to him now" the only reason he probably held out for so long was cause of the Zetsu half of his body. If Obito were to get hit in the head with Kakashi's Raikiri, he'd survive thanks to the regeneration of the Jyuubi.

RS Obito has shown a high degree of physical endurance, I don't think Raikiri'd do a good damage...
