First off, its the Fourth Kazekage, not Third. He may not look like much, but Hiruzen isn't bad. Shiki Fuujin, remember, its the intent to kill. Yondaime Kazekage or Monkey King Enma can guard him do he can use prep time for RDS.

Ei could stall his pops, but it would be difficult. Single fingered Nukite is said to rip several hundred men in half at once. imo, its got more power than Lightning Straight. Plus, Sandaime Raikage has black lightning. Black lightning > regular Raiton. Nonetheless, it'd be a good fight.

I don't see Gaara beating Nidaime Mizukage. His constant mirage technique and the most his Oversized Clam emits could potentially blind the young Kazekage. Not to mention Nidaime has much more experience than Gaara.

imo, Muu > Ohnoki. He can turn invisible, literally split himself into clones, and he doesn't have severe back pains. Nuff said on them.

I don't see Tsunade smashing her way through a Golddust Tsunami (heavier than Gaara's sand). If you think she can, you obviously fap to her quite constantly.

No, it really would not be.

In V1 their speed should be the same. Ay simply stays in V1 and waits for his father to attack and only uses V2 to get the hell out of there when his father gains advantage.

I'll take it one step further and say that when he pops V2 he may even blitz one of the other opponents, like Hiruzen.

Hiruzen isn't beating Mei, RDS or not. Due to having Part 1 feats Hiruzen is at a sad disadvantage.
