Except Chidori broke through it and Ay's punches are even more powerful, not to mention it will be even more powerful in V2 and with Onoki's enhancement, it could even break Madara's complete Susanoo, forget it, Gaara will get obliterated.

last i checked,gaara blocked v2 A's kick+enton at the same time easily. I am pretty sure it just knocked madara's susanoo backwards,and fr onoki to power him uo,onoki needs to be on him,gaara could just fool them both by letting them hit a sand clone and then ambush them both. Or he could just fly up,then A is pretty much harmless to gaara. Gaara survived a metoer attack that completely destroyed madara's susanoo.
Also this is all under he fact that mei dosent put up her mnist,which then renders A pretty much unable to hurt anyone,and if he bindly rushes in,he gets killed. Gaara meanwhle can easily attack both A and onoki.

She stated in the manga her role is support and to stay back. Who did she need to heal against an armless oro and kabuto? no one was injured until naruto.
Against madara, did she not first heal her team mates before even beginning to fight?
She's always shown more support than fight, and she's said that's her primary role.

Because gaara has seen far more attempts on his life than they have. No way enemies would have been breaching their borders constantly to assinate them. Infact, there's never been a kage (as far as we've seen) who's had any assassin even reach anywhere near them. Gaara is a kid was a skilled strategist. Gaara as an adult has shown more strategy feats than onoki.
