Could a Full Powered Hashirama still be able to defeat Edo Madara

Madara doesn't have Kurama or ANY Tailed Beasts under his control and if he had the Juubi under his control
he wouldn't be able to fight Hashirama the same way or more effectively.

Hashirama would separate Madara from the Juubi or he would separate himself just to defend himself from Hashi.
