[Multi-Console] Call of Duty: Ghosts - Excited or Not?

Personally I'm not hyped whatsoever, because pretty much every call of duty is the same. In one of the trailers the producers get so excited because they're adding the ability to leap over objects (which BF has already done), the slide (which Ghost Recon has already done) and then they try and sell us by going sooooooo fu**ing in depth about it to try and sell us when it's simple mechanics that many other shooters have already added. Which leads me to believe this will be one of the only new things coming to the series (besides remote dogs) because they're getting so excited and trying yo sell us on things that aren't new. Honestly I've given up. Hop in BF4 cause I'm kicking the ghost out.

Anyway, that's my rant XD . Whatcha guys think? High hopes for this game or none?

Battlefield destroys the competition. Ever since Bad Company, Battlefield has been better.

I second this; Call of Duty is just too basic now, the campaigns are really short and a 10 year old could write better stories; it all seems like its so rushed. The spec ops in mw3 series is basically an option to reply missions from the campaign; the setting is the exact same. Zombies in blops 1 was good, I didn't like 2 very much; i diidnt like the fact that TranZit was so large. The multiplayer is why people get the game; but even within multiplayer; there are always flaws; 3 round bursts are OP; theres always that OP SMG that everyone uses; and it's all just too repetitive really; same shit just a different year I suppose

No, It just doesn't have that feel anymore, I could play CoD4 and MW2 for hours, id probably drop it after a week like the last one, Extremely hyped for GTA and BF4 though =D

Honestly, neither game is a radical departure from its previous iterations. There'll be a larger change on the new systems due to new hardware. COD has a new engine as does BF4. If you like one or the other before, it's highly probably it'll deliver the experience you expect along with some new niceties as a new game does.
