Well on those 2 1st points I totally agree with you.

But it's not a bad idea for Bellamy to be the second Bon Clay... but to me it seems impossible or rather I doubt it just because Luffy and Bon Clay became friends the moment they met and realized that they were enemies but friends in the end... you see this cycle of Luffy=Bon-chan (friends--> enemies--> friends) friendship right?

On the other hand Bellamy!. This dude has been Luffy's enemy and was utterily beaten but seemed to admire or respect Luffy when he saw him, so I think they're cycle( enemies--> friends--->enemies). Well we've seen this cycle with Luffy and his enemies a lot in the series, speaking of the Noro Noro user Split Head lol, Crocodile :O well etc.

I am sure Bellamy will become second Bon Clay here and Bon Clay and Luffy did become friends but it doesn't have to be the same with every other character luffy meets right ?? And if you are giving me the example of Crocodile then here is my analogy for you Empress ;3.

Crocodile never cared for his nakama so it turned out that Bon clay who fought luffy ended up in Prison both the times protecting Luffy. Same goes here Doffy doesn't care about Bellamy and when Bellamy knows this he will betray Doffy and he will end up in prison protecting Luffy either from the Marines or from Doffy's crew.

And have you forgotten the biggest reveal and analysis of Luffy's power ??? here is the video it will be more explanatory IMO

I don't think he will try to kill luffy..... or he might try , but at the last minute when its too late.. might wait too long.

He won't do it. He won't be able to do it. He respects Luffy now, has befriended him and doesn't want to hurt him. He will back out, which will prompt Doflamingo to hurt him or something. This in turn will piss off Luffy, so he will fight Doflamingo to protect. That's one of my two predictions for this arc ^^

He can't even scratch Luffy in a fair fight.... Killing Luffy would be far from possible for him.... I think he will help Luffy and will be safe cause by the end of this Arc.... Whatever the situation is, Bellamy is going to do what he believes in, but... in this arc. I say or maybe I must say "I think" that, Bellamy will change his view on Doflamingo, and he'll throw away the idea of being part of the family/being leader, whatever he is going to be.

Bellamy will lead his life in his own way, make his own crew and lives wild as he pleases or... might get killed in Dressrosa for Luffy's sake... then... Luffy gets pissed off and avenge Bellamy... Looks like Bellamy will die in Dressrosa.
