Itachi and him are on the same playing field imo along with Kakuzu/kisame. Its like rock paper scizzors! Only Tobi and Nagato can for sure beat them all, the rest can defeat each other.

Sasori is the worst matchup for Itachi, because Genjutsu useless on Sasori, but still, Susano'o>Iron Sand.
