And yet he cannot perform a single-handed rasengan? No way Naruto is top3 in chakra control. Examples of shinobi with good chakra control are Nagato, Tsunade and Sakura for the reasons mentioned in this thread AND ALL skilled genjutsu users since they have to be able to control the chakra flow of the opponent's nervous system.

Naruto can transfer & change his chakra type instantly to match anybody's.

Nagato is an uzumaki with the power to control 6 dead bodies simultaneously while transferring his chakra through them. If someone who is not one of his dead bodies gets pierced by the rods controlling them then he can immediately disrupt their chakra.

Obito is an uchiha with a dojutsu which allows the control over tailed beasts, along with his rinnegan he is able to control up to 5 simultaneously. & He can control their movements even against their will. He was also able to control a perfect jinchuuriki which is said to be impossible.

Tsunade and Sakura she is chakra control beast she can give her chakra to hundereds of people ( through katsuyu ) and she can heal thousands far away from her in seconds . Without a break she didn't even lose stamina .
