It's been stated that Tsunade can't die in a battle unless you behead her, so not only that but she is the best medic, so overall Tsunade > Kimmimaro.

How does one regenerate from Disease in which Kabuto couldn't even figure out the key to curing? Could Tsunade heal from that very same disease? I doubt it.

Once again I will say: Please provide canonical factors as to why you place x > x; take Solo's rebuttal as an example.

The illness is a physical damage. If Kimimaro's regenerative ability is more advanced then Tsunade's ( who is regenerating on CELLULAR level ), I don't see why was he even sick. If he can regenerate on cellular level, why he didn't regenerated his 'sick' cells? Huh?

This logic is wrong, Because according to this a dead cell creates an another dead cell. Tsunade should be dead until now.

Nah, lets not underrate the Hokage. Kimimaro has some really nice feats, without the sickness he is probably a low Kage level ninja, but he was nowhere near Tsunade's level.

I'm not underrating Tsunade at all, I'm just fully utilizing the capabilities of the Sole Survivor Kimimaro Kaguya.

His regeneration wasn't directly implied within the manga. It was more so passivey given due to his Kekkei Genkai; further more bringing up things such a "he was sick, why didn't he regenerate" doesn't refute the fact that he himself has regenerated, and is top tier.

Plus you can't regenerate from a disease.

Skin obviously isn't bone, just because he reinforced his skin with bone underneath to suppress the damage head on, doesn't quite go with your assumption that it wasn't Self-Healing.

Tsunade vs Kimimaro isn't the case here, it's whose regeneration is superior (my apologies if you were referring to this).. I also believe Kimimaro > Tsunade.
