Does Sakura & Tsunade only have strong punches?

Does Sakura & Tsunade only have strong punches for gathering Chakra in their fists?
or could they also put as extreme brute force into their kicks?

does Lee kick harder than Sakura could?

any ideas how Sakura & Tsunade brute strenght works?? unfortunately i do not remember! :c

Well since they have pretty good chakra control, they can concentrate their chakra into an area of their body and use it to their advantage..so yes they can have really strong kicks

Tsunade has high strength even without using chakra.

Most of sakura's strength comes from her chakra controll. Sakura also only scores a 3 in Base strength and Lee has 4.5. So without using chakra so enhance her strength. Lee can Kick/Punch harder than sakura.

Well, Tsunade was able to use Gamabunta's sword so it's not just punches and kicks. And also, Tsunade tackled Kabuto. Now, why would she do that if her whole body wasn't strong?

Umm... You're forgetting Tsunade's taijutsu and other medical ninjutsu that can be used as an attack. Ranshinsho? Chakra scalpels?

no she is not using physical strength. its chakra. if we consider physical strength, then it goes to 3rd and 4th raikage.

Tsunade can use her chakra too enhance any of her physical feats, when she first fought Orochimaru she kicked down a stone castle wall.

Same goes for Sakura.

Basically they focus their chakra into their arms OR legs and use it for giga impacts. But that's all they get from it....they have average taijutsu skills that are exponentially multiplied by having unreal strength.

So if she's using her chakra enhancement, Sakura kicks harder than Lee.

Bit its good to remember 2 points st that point as well.

1) Lee does gain most of his force in kicks from Speed as opposed to power.

2) Sakura has notable physical strength already....and Tsunade has the physical strength to punch down walls/buildings.

Heavenly kick of pain is a jutsu frequently used by tsunade so yes they can use strong kicks.
