This is obviously a Kinjutsu, in that it kills you.

Users of this are
Old lady Chiyo.
The fourth Kazekage
Zabuza
Rin ( too some extent )

BUT this jutsu has been known to fail aswell, prime examples are,
Obito, he almost had it though, 10 points for effort and dramatic effect.
Haku, tried too use it with the help of Naruto, but their timing was dreadful.

not sure who obito was talk no jutsu'd by if i recall all have failed resulting to him being what he is now

Madaro = Hashirama tried and failed to make him good, and for him too come back to the village.
