The sig looks like a genjutsu & I really liked the background
I think it would've better better if you showed his hand, it looks kind of erased, nevertheless its you did good

It's alright. You actually have some pretty good depth there.
The background is all blurred and the background seems pretty low quality, especially those bubble effects. Try making the canvas a smaller size.
The text also needs work, try using different fonts and not using one name.
