The scans you provided afterwards prove nothing. All that states is that the Sage sealed the Juubi when he beat it, that doesn't mean that depiction was of him sealing the Juubi.

The reason Obito looks like Rikūdo has to do with the Fūinjutsu he used to seal the Jūbi, take for example the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style, those who uses it to access Kurama's Chakra like KCM/BM Naruto and Minato both resemble Rikūdo, it's the Fūinjutsu that's the reason they resemble Rikūdo

We have no idea what chronologically happened between those two panels. It's complete speculation to say it happened right after that, since time between panels have no set length.

here is the scan from the manga of that anime scene.........no where does it show the juubi being sent to the moon in that form

you're also denying manga fact of what Madara said, that it was the gedo mazou that was sealed to the moon, not the juubi.
