About Jubbi : Why Obito is missing rinnegen and horn

I will come straight to my point.
We all know that obito has not gained another rinnegen ; he is just having one rinnegen.

Therefore , I have seen some people saying that Jubbi doesnot have a full control over obito's body that is why he is missing these things.
But as far as I think:

The Reason because Obito is missing these things is :

Jubbi was created from the chakra of all 9 bijjus , But Jubbi still is missing chakra of some bijjus like Hachibi and Kyuubi.I mean Jubbi Still lacks some power of other Bijjus . He still is not in his Full Form [ Chakra of all Nine Bijjus]

Shukaku is part of the Juubi. It just wasn't used for Obito's six paths of pain, since he could only use six of them and this is the weakest...

The misconception of others is that because Obito assumed control of Jūbi in the latest chapter makes it the final and complete form of Jūbi, this is simply not the case, take for example Naruto, his appearance changed (compared to his 4 tails, 6-tails and 8-tails mode) when he took control of Kyuubi's Chakra and went into KCM Mode, Naruto may have taken control of it but Kurama's chakra is still incomplete because it's still missing its Yin Half, the same thing applies to Jūbito, he assumed control of the Jūbi's power leading to his transformation but the Jūbi's Chakra itself is incomplete.

No Shikaku is Skiamaru's dad XD and the Juubi does have Shukakus chakra

Exactly like him? no. But does he have the things that represent the 6 paths? yes

Hence he is the Sage of 6 paths now.
