The biggest problem I have with Obito is that it's obvious how he is going to be defeated, and that is with Talk no Jutsu.

Depends on your definition of bad villain, if you mean is he well designed villain, then yes I think he is a good villain.

If you are talking about morality, he tried to kill a baby, and tried to destroy Konoha for no reason at all, and started a war, he is evil.

If he just would stop thinking about Rin then yes he would be cool. He is my favorite yada yada yada but even I can't deal with this Rin thing. For god's sake he could have get that control thinking team Minato as team not Rin centric in the end.

If we don't count that then yes I found him as nice villain and character so I say yes to the poll still.
