Chidori Nagashi and Chidori Katana give Sasuke the upper hand in CQC.

Genjutsu is useless for both sides.

Not to mention Sasuke still has the summoning jutsu. He takes this mid diff.

Sasuke's version of Oral Rebirth is very chakra taxing. He cannot do that repeatedly like Kabuto and Orochimaru, let alone use his curse mark and summonings.

Madara has gigantic chakra reserves. He can use the katon again and again.

Curse Mark saved him from a RANK C Katon from Itachi but you can't compare it to Madara's.

1st Lets get started with 3 tomoe sasuke without summonings In a taijutsu Battle we seen how madara ruthlessly raped those fodders from every nation but sasuke has took down an army of fooders aswell but i would have to give it too Madara has more experience with sharingan & in combat then sasuke has also sasuke kinjutsu is matched of blocked with madara Gunbai Barrier

But taijutsu is deadly for madara sasuke ration can paralize him but he would see the chakra build up & fall back quickly Madara's Katon ends this match up for sasuke. Sasuke can only do about 4 oral rebirth's This could be sasuke key factor to use Kirin it but sadly it would be blocked by Gunbai Reflecting barrier atleast making madara survive to end this fight Also madara could try to atop sasuke from using karin but i see madara winning 6/10.

Summonings Hebi sasuke has Manda & Aoda Madara has 100% Kurama
Madara has shown katon gamabunta levels or beyond

Madara's Katon is longer in bigger than juubi's Arm and remember 8 tails was the size of juubi's teeth also 100% Kurama is 4x bigger Its head is about gamabunta size

Manda had to open its mouth as wide as it could to eat gamabunta kurama is too big for it to eat even tho Manda & Aoda are extremely fast they wont last long against Kurama Madara & Sasuke could stop each other from cancelling the genjutsus needed for kurama & Manda but Madara takes this med diff both scenarios​
