So what we seen here was obito taking control of the juubi. Thats basically obitos "kyuubi mode".
From what it looked like, the reason he was able to take over was because he thought of his past bonds?
why would he think of that?

Also it seems minato sees sasuke as the superior one, commenting that hes surprised naruto can keep up with sasuke.

The way you Sasuke fans talk, you'd act like he said, "Wow, Sasuke is a prodigy that surpasses me, Naruto, the Sage and his sons all fused together within a single being. OH and this fused being is the jinchuuriki of the Ten-Tails with complete control".

And why is everyone fusing Obito's name?

Kinda disappointed about the chapter. I dont just understand the plot so far. 1.How come Obito becomes the rikudo sannin. I thought the true sage was powerful even before he became the juubi jinchuriki.how come Obito suddenly looks like the sage with the staff and all?
2. The rikudo sannin initially seperated the juubi's chakra from its body and sealed the chakra in himself initially and sealed the body away in the moon. This current juubi was sealed body and chakra together.how come? Since i used to believe the sealing techniques worked on d bijuus cos they were all creatures of chakra.
3. What da hell is Madara doing in all this? He'd rather fight Hashi than find a way to get the juubi for himself?
Give the chapter a 2/5. Think im going to take a month long break from the manga. Too many disappointments recently.

It seem like decades since Naruto was great (Kishi had some great chapter and fights, but storyline has went down hill). Naruto to me stop being great right after Sasuke vs Danzo fight right before the start of the war, because right now it's just good and still fallen.

Who knows.... but it makes no sense how he was just a random ninja and he magically has all these powerful weapons.. Only possible thing I can think of is that he had Rinnegan before becoming the jinchuuriki, which is kind of random and he somehow created the weapons?

Obito's weapons are made of more than 4 combined chakra natures. But - it seems- its only possible, if you posses the juubi. unless there isnt a kekken genkai, that could combine more than 2 chakra natures. - as the third said.

Both Naruto and Sasuke will need powerups. However, Sasuke's will be more powerful. Why? Because he is already weaker than Naruto and Naruto is going to get another power-up, so to be anywhere close to Naruto for their fight he'll need a very powerful power-up.

I hope it's not yata mirror and kusanagi sword. He already has EMS because of Itachi. He needs power from someone other than Itachi at this point.

as i could see, i could say:

Obito is not balanced like the really sage of the six path.
The sage had originally the uzumaki, senju, uchiha bloodlines in himself (these clans are made of his children), but obito has only a part from a senju (zetsu-clones) besides his uchiha bloodline.

we can see on his look, that Obito is not completed.
When Naruto learned the sage mode, he could perform it better, than Jiraya - we could judge it by the looks of them: Jiraya partly transformed to a frog, but Naruto didnt (only his eyes).
And Obito has also some deformed parts, and "tails"...
So that man will be the new SO6P, that can perform the Jubi Jinchuriki perfectly.

About Obitos weapons:
The Third stated, that it must be a combination of more than 4 chakra nature. Obviously they come from the bijuus.

So if Naruto could posses all the bijuus, he could do the same (and probable more perfect than obito).

Minato will teleport and explode together with juubito's jutsu far from the battlefield... and i wouldnt be surprised if Minato's rasen senkou chourinbu kusanshiki was already prepared and will connect before he explodes...creating an opening for sasuke and naruto

Honestly, I believe that Obito does not have the full power of the SO6P. The reason why I say this because you can see that his body is not fully mature. The side that has the Senju (Body) DNA is the side that has a more mature horn if you will, versus the Uchiha (Eye) side of his body which has a smaller and less mature horn. Even the cloak looks premature. I have a feeling that somehow Naruto and Sasuke are going to unlock the true power of the SO6P. It's quite poetic if you ask me, it's similar to the Jinchurikki battling themselves to take control of the bad side of themselves and harness the true control of the bijuu. I have a feeling that something similar is going to happen with the power of the SO6P. Remember the talk about the brothers being a curse? I believe that Naruto and Sasuke are going to break the cycle and unlock the true power of the SO6P. It's going to go either one of two ways, Naruto will have the body and Sasuke will have the eyes of the SO6P or Naruto is going to somehow gain all of the SO6P power. Whatever the outcome is, this is going to be incredible.

Read this theory before and resisted, but with the frequency of Rin back flashes I'm starting to believe this will happen. Maybe she is Madara's trump card. Orochimaru has to be around still for a reason. What better reason than to revive Rin. Maybe that is why the mist ninja were talking about wanting to retrieve her body - for the dna.

People are saying kishi made obito control the juubi's power out of nowhere while naruto had to train and battle to control the kyuubi..Obito did not just control the juubi's power at once he had 16 years to study it, plan and prepare for this very day he also possesses the renningan and an MS. Half of his body was hashi's cells. What people overlooked and I feel kishi is trying to point is that u can't use hate to control the tailed beasts or the juubi you need love. Obito made that mistake and tried to use hate and he almost got owned but when he thought about the people he once loved he gained power and control over the juubi. Also the staff is made from the 4 elements he combines if u look at the staff there is a piercing at his hand connecting the staff I think he is mimicking the original sage.

I think that you are ridiculous for complaining about the lack of female characters in the manga. There are only about a half dozen that are even important to the storyline and the storyline obviously doesn't revolve around them seeing as the manga is named "Naruto" and not ""Sakura." Also, the storyline would suck if Kishi kept going back and forth between the war which is about the bijuu and taking over the world to look at the 6 or so important females and their back-stories. Stop complaining about the lack of females, it makes you sound like a whiny feminist. Seeing as this is a manga and not a feminism site, stop complaining. I think this was an amazing chapter and will make for an interesting fight in the future and I hope Naruto, Minato, Hashirama, and Tobirama kick is a$$

he spent over 500 chapters focusing on male characters. He's gay.
