Why do we have to assume that he doesnt have them? Gai can enter 8 gates according to the same hype, but we have yet to see it. Hashi logically knows sealing jutsus yet he hasnt showed any.

I ve seen him using fire style jutsus, raiton kage bunshins, other raiton techniques other than raikiiri. Water dragon, water walls. Earth deception jutsus. So that makes kakashi using 4 elements. Lighting, Water, Eart, Fire

I don't doubt it, as we saw in his fight with Zabuza, Kakashi would use all of Zabuza's jutsu to mind f uck him. Kakashi has been at war, so it's safe to assume he's fought many opponent's, and use the same tactic. Now he may have used over a thousand Jutsu, but her doesn't keep them in rotation (per say) he sticks to his bread and butter (what he knows) when he's being serious.
