No, the Fourth will be defeated. Why? Because he is not the main character. He is not even a main character. Only Naruto with possibly Sasuke helping (since he is the deuteragonist) can overcome a final villain. It is their job as the main characters to defeat the main villains. Minato defeating main villains would be unsatisfactory and a deus ex machina
