Kazuya is the Sage of Crocodiles. As far as Blaze Release is concerned, my one is different from Amaterasu. Yes, the Blaze Release CAN overpower most Katon Techniques. Other than that, the shape of the flame can be changed via Nature Transformation. The flames are black in color. YES, the flames can be extinguished if a strong Suiton technique is used
