Kishi can not "waste" his precious panels to them since the paneltime that can be used for them can go to Hokages' zombie crap and their blatantly one dimentional personalities which are polished by constent wank to each other and a few others.

I mean; who cares if they are Goddamn kages of the current generation; they can not please majority of fans who tend to overwank any type of flashy bullshit; it does not matter if they are the ones who should be protecting nations; edo hokages can do that shit by completely screwing over one of the main themes in the manga (New generation surpasses older one).

Revieval of the hokages might be one of the biggest shittings in the manga.

but honestly do you think shinobis of the current gneration can defeat Hashirama,Madara or past hokages? i think they are too weak.

the concept of current generation surpassing old ones are kakshis and Asumas ideals. ots not a manga depiction.

of anything,Naruto and Sasuke will outclass hashi and Madara. the edo-hokages are more interesting IMO. not just their hidden powers(secret arsenals), but also they remind me of part-1 Naruto.

Atleast they should be able to handle their own problems; i am not saying every new kage shouls be Hashirama level; but getting their asses saved by dead guys is too much. well, when you look at it from logical point of view. it might look like that. i am looking at it as entertainment and plot which makes it necessary.
