Correct even Roshi can possibly beat Juubito with his full powered Kamehameha he blew up the moon remeber wich is the body of Juubi in Narutoverse let alone Krillin who is an overkill for narutoverse. After receiving elder Namik power up he should have been around at least 15k power level and further poweredup in Freeza saga. If Raditz came during the Naruto current events he can pulvorize everyone. Andhe is just at 1000.

Not one on NV can move that fast on their own let alone kept moving at that speed effortlessly, continuously (Except Minato who has FTG & Naruto who has speed upgrade due to Kurama)
Goku Piccolo Tien & Others were all below 1000 power rating yet from what they were at the end of DB they can pretty much solo anyone in DB; by the time of Vegeta's arrival all of them are already far above Goku & Piccolo by the end of DB Krilling included of course.
Then take a look at this Krilling was already at 1.77K then jump to 13K when they fought the Ginyu force.

@ Most Madara & Hashi who are bijuu level will only be around 100-300... even Roshi can pose a treat to them after all he can blow up a moon scale size w/c is the body of the Bijuu at NV.

Juubi's power is infinate, and Juubito is stronger than the Juubi itself so he could blow up planets. Even if he couldn't, he has the toughness of a DBZ character (he took multiple explosions from the second hokage without any damage done to him). The Juubi also kept up with Naruto in bijuu mode (who deflected 5 multi-mountain busting bijuu bombs just by running past them)

He can also fly and he has a anti matter tech, he could potentialy beat some DBZ characters, but not destruction wise.

He's not blowing up planets anytime soon, hell no DBZ character is blowing up there planets, heres a scenario.
Freiza apears out of no where in front of Kakashi
Laughs at power level, since power level is based on destruction
Kakashi senses insane ki/chakara
